Significant because it was the first ship to bring all female women to the Colony.

PARDOE Mary (Pardoe/Pardeaux/Barlow) daughter of John (Pardoe) & Mary Ann (???) was born about 1762/8 at Old Swonford Worcestershire. She was tried for theft at Warwick Assizes Warwickshire in 1788, sentenced to 7years & arrived as a convict in NSW on 3 6 1790 after a voyage of 11months on Fleet ship LADY JULIANA-a ship with 228females who easily entertained the whole crew & also sailors at Teneriffe stopover. She had a first relationship with Edward (Scott). He was tried for larceny at Surrey Assizes, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 14 8 1802 after a voyage of 7months on PERSEUS. He was recorded in 1814 as labourer at Windsor. In 1822 he was a landholder with 10acres. He was recorded in 1824 a a landholder. In 1825 he was a labourer at Parramatta, In 1828 he was a labourer & landholder of 12acres with his family at Windsor. Mary was born circa 1768 at Old Swonford, Worcester and died in 1844 at Lower Hawkesbury, NSW. She was buried Laughtondale Cemetery, Wiseman's Ferry, NSW. Parents: John and Ann. Mary was convicted at Warwick in 1788 for theft. She arrived in Sydney on the Lady Juliana. She cohabited with Edward Scott, who arrived as a seaman on the Lady Juliana. Edward was born 1768 in Warwick. Their daughter Ann (known as Ann Hibbs) was born during the voyage. Mary married (1) Peter Kenney Hibbs, in 1790, on Norfolk Island. Peter arrived as a seaman on the Sirius. He was born in 1761 Swanage, Dorset and died 1847 Wiseman's Ferry. Ann Hibbs (Scott) married John Izzard, a convict on the Perseus.
