ENNIS, AUG 2- On Thursday, at the conclusion of our Assizes, above thirty persons were charged by proclamation. The following persons have been sentenced: - John Hallinan, rape, to be hanged on the 1st of September; George Parker, cow-stealing, James Minogue, sheep-stealing, Thomas Corbett, pig-stealing, Patrick Shaughnessy, sheep-stealing - to be transported for seven years.
