John Parkinson married Jane Elizabeth Gerven Gregory on 18 September 1836 in the Parish of Aston, Edgbaston, Warwickshire. They both appeared before the Warwick Assize on 8 August 1837. Jane was found Guilty of stealing 12 yards of carpet on 14 June 1837, the property of William and Thomas Mole. John was found guilty of receiving stolen property.
