The ‘Guildford’ was built on the River Thames, England in 1810. Used as a Convict Transport ship to Australia - voyages 1812, 1816, 1818, 1820, 1822, 1824, 1827 & 1829. The ship was lost at sea near Singapore in 1831, loosing all aboard.

CROWN SIDE. Charles Patient was indicted for stealing at Bradfield, on the 23d of November last, a sheep, the properly of Charles Fitch. The case was made out principally by the evidence of an accomplice, who was admitted approver, who being corroborated in collateral points, the prisoner was found Guilty —Death. Kentish Weekly Post, 14 March 1823.
