Patrick Castigan, per Minerva 3, Tried at Queens County, Summer 1818, 7 years. Labourer. Colonial Sentence: Crim. Ct, Sydney, 15 Sep 1828, Having stolen property in his possession, 7 years commuted to 3 years, Returned to Sydney, 5 Oct 1831. Description: Patrick Castigan, native of Queens Co. age 66, 5 ft 2 ¾, Fair comp, grey hair, dark grey eyes, catholic. -------------------------------------------------- Supreme Criminal Court. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER, 15. The three Judges sat this morning for the purpose of passing sentence on several prisoners, against whom the Attorney General prayed judgment.
