Stated this offence: Stealing a pig from Mrs Kilkelly, Galway. Married. Trade, F. Labourer, Plo’man. Age 31, Native place, Galway. Catholic, cannot read or write. Surgeon’s report: Orderly, Good tempered. 21 Sept 1844, Ticket of Leave. Conditional Pardon approved, Gazette, 26 Jan 1847. -------------------------------------------------- Bartholomew Lally, also on the British Sovereign, on his Conduct Record, stated he was tried with Patrick Coye, for the same offence, at Galway.
