Convict Notes
Patrick Hennessy for stealing on the 29tb of January, at Fermoy, 5 yards of cloth, the property of Alice Brown. The cloth was taken out of the pocket of the coach, and traced a tailor, of the name Dineen, who got it from Daniel Quirke make for him; Quirke.it seems, bought it from the prisoner for Is 3d ; the prisoner acknowledged to Serjeant Levins, the constable having taken the cloth. Guilty. Cork Constitution, 2 April 1829.
