Richard Payne charged with a violent suspicion having broken into the dwelling house of Andrew Rye, of Throwley, on the 14th of October last, and taken and carried away a piece of boiled pork, part of a loaf of bread, some cheese, ten cakes, twenty pounds of bacon, and a pitcher containing pickle onions.
