Government Gazette Notices HIS Excellency the Governor directs the republication of the following Notice of 5th February last, offering a Reward of Twenty Pounds, or a Conditional Pardon, for the apprehension of THOMAS WETTON, by the ship Exmouth, and ARCHIBALD THOMPSON, by the ship Henry Porcher, who are still at large, and are represented to be committing depredations in the neighbourhood of Wangolla. By His Excellency's Command, E. DEAS THOMSON. And as a further inducement for these Parties being brought to justice, an additional Reward of Fifty Pounds will be paid for the apprehension of the said THOMAS WETTON, and ARCHIBALD THOMPSON, who with two other armed bushrangers, have recently robbed the ebtablishment of the late Dr. Redfern, at Wangolla. WHEREAS it has been represented to the Government, that there is reason to believe that THOMAS WETTON, per Exmouth, and ARCHIBALD THOMPSON, per Henry Porcher (2), who absconded from ihe Wangolla Estate several months since, are the parties who committed the murder of MICHAEL PEAKE, on the night of the 13th December last, Notice is hereby given, that a Reward of TWENTY POUNDS will be paid to any person, if free, who shall apprehend and lodge the said parties in any of Her Majesty's Gaols ; and if a Prisoner of the Crown, application will be made to Her Majesty for the allowance to him of a Conditional Pardon.
