Sessions, Campbell Town, 15 Ma7 1827, Runaway and robbery, 3 years. Returned to Sydney, 16 Jan 1831. Sentenced to 6 months in addition to his Col. Sentence, 12 Jan 1828. Run 23 Oct 1827, Ret 12 Jan 1828. Run 13 Dec?. Ret 18 Dec? 1828. Description: Thos Pendergast, native place, Limerick, age 22, 5 ft 6 ¾ Sallow comp, brown hair, hazle eyes. Catholic.
