transported for shooting with intent to kill.
Gaol rept, Bad Character & Brother Executed for same?.
Hulk Rept. orderly. single. Stated this offence shooting at a gamekeeper with intent to kill while poaching. Was tried with two brothers. Robert died at Sheerness. John was executed at Rutland.
Surgeons rept. orderly. single.
July 22 1864 ? absent from church on Sunday last, Fined 2/6d
