Colonial conviction: Crim Court, Sydney, 7 Aug 1829, for Stealing from his masters farm & stealing a quantity of flour and Beef and wearing apparel belonging to his fellow prisoners, 3 years. Returned to Sydney, 28 Feb 1833. Description: Native place, Kings Co, age 24, 5 ft 8 ½ ins; fair pock-pitted comp, lt brown hair, hazle eyes, catholic.
