ELIZABETH PHILLIMORE 29 for burglary Penryn for stealing pair of white moleskin trousers cotton shirt property James The articles taken  from line the stopping Penryn The prisoner suspected and when prosecutor afterwards street he her of stealing She the something under cloak but said it was of bread Subsequently Mrs Harvey who in house adjoining were the prisoner lodged hanging on which the gardens pair trousers shirt which prosecutor identified property. It appeared however that several other lodged same house the prisoner had to the garden and as she in possession of the property she — prisoner charged breaking and entering house of John Penryn the of March and with stealing therefrom cake The prosecutor keeps shop for the coffee refreshments and the cake stolen from his window. Verdict ,Guilty and former for felony against the prisoner— Sentence Seven Years’ Transportation.  West Briton and Cornwall Advertiser, 31 March 1848.

I'm unable to add a photo of the lady but I am currently sat in Bodmin Jail and this information is about Elizabeth it says on the 15th of August 1848 she left this cell for seven years transportation her crime one of theft from her home in Penrhyn she visited the property of John spargo Stephen cake before going to James Johns and making off with a pair of his trousers and assured she along with the other convicts was taken to Millbank London before being transferred to a convict Hulk bound for the new world there is a photo of her
