Trial on 31st December 1833. Crime was shooting a rabbit (unverified). Prisoner No. 34/2600 Certificate of freedom No. 41/170 issued on 5 February 1841 Died of heart attack May 1864 aged 54 years and buried at Camperdown Cemetery. Married to Martha Sweeney from Cork Ireland in 1841 at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Sydney, had 12 children, 9 of whom survived childhood.
