James Pilgrim was 23 years old on arrival, he was illiterate, protestant, single, and his native place was Suffolk.

James was 5’3ΒΌ” tall, ruddy complexion, brown hair, dark grey eyes, Half moon and seven stars on upper and L James on lower right arm, J.P.B. back of right hand, G on upper left arm, J back of fore, P back of middle, and B back of third fingers of left hand, burnt scar on left shin.

NOTICE.-This is to Certify, that I, ELIZABETH
