He is described in 1825 as being of Swarthy complexion; Grey hair and Hazel eyes. He obtained a conditional pardon on 1 April 1841 subsequently published the following year on 8 April 1842. Buried 1 May 1848 in the Queanbeyan Riverside Cemetery. Location now unknown.
