George Pocock was listed as 24 years old on arrival. Native Place: Footscray. George was 5'4¾" tall, pale complexion, brown hair, grey eyes. Assigned at Appin on arrival. 25/8/1831: TOL Airds 16/5/1835: Permission to marry Mary Ryan (Competitor 1828) - George was 33, a widower and had a TOL - Mary was 23 and on bond - at Campbelltown. 1835: Married Mary Ryan at St Peter's, Campbelltown. 8/4/1840: Gaoled in Berrima, listed as a butcher. 23/10/1848: George Pocock of Sutton Forest died, aged 44 - Free by Servitude. 26/10/1848: Coroners' Inquest at Berrima - Died by Visitation of God.
