Lent assizes. Hertford, March 9. —The business on the Crown side finished on Saturday morning. Five capital convicts received sentence of death, viz. James Wilkes, Samuel Phipps, James Taylor, for burglary Benjamin Parker, for highway robbery; and James Pointon, for horse stealing. Of these, none were left for execution.
