Kent Lent Assizes. Thomas Pollard and Ann Courtney were capitally indicted for stealing a sheep Hawkhurst, on the ? October, the property of John Reeves, farmer. Kentish Gazette, 20 March 1812. Thomas Pollard, Ann Courtney, charged strong suspicion of having about the ?th October, stolen an axe, the property of Thrift, Sandhurst. They were further charged, on strong suspicion of having feloniously stolen. and taken away, one ewe sheep, the properly John Reeves, of Hawkhurst, on or about the 20th of October.—Pollard Death, Reprieved.
