At Brecon Assizes, there were 20 prisoners for trial, of  whom David Edwards, for cutting Morgan, with intent murder her; John Parry, for stealing fifty-three sheep, the property of different persons; Jos. Robinson, Thos. Rathboum, John Johnson, for burglary at Brecon; and John Price, for sheep stealing, received sentence of death, and the three former are expected to suffer.— Wilkinson, for burglary at Morganog Wood, (in company with G. Sanson, admitted King's evidecce,) transposed  Hereford Journal, 23 April 1817. Hulk Record HO-9-4 (2. p 23.) Justitia at Woolwich. Received 5th July 1817. John Price, aged 19, Sheep stealing, Tried Brecon G Sess, 8 Apr 1817, 7 years, Transported 3 Oct 1817.
