He was tried for assaulting & stealing money of Samuel (Milson), on 19 2 1793, at Old Bailey on 10 4 1793, sentenced to death commuted to Life, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 2 6 1797 after a voyage of 9months on GANGES. [These details taken from this Website] [Noted an Elizabeth (Price) was born about 1761=his relation?. She arrived in NSW on 2 6 1797 after a voyage of 9months on GANGESalso. She had a first relationship with James (Mileham his first relationship).
