CAMBRIDGESHIRE ASSIZES Robert Pulham, butcher, was charged with receiving a wether sheep, knowing it to have been stolen from a paddock situated at Cheveley. Ancestry Convict Indents: Robert Pulham was listed as 40 years old on arrival. Native Place: Suffolk. Occupation: Butcher/farm labourer. Robert was literate, protestant, married with 8 children, 5'4ΒΌ" tall, ruddy dark much pockpitted complexion, dark brown to grey hair, light hazel eyes, four raised warts on top of head and under right eyebrow, flat nose. Assigned to Edgar Hyland, Sydney. ????: TOL Maitland. 17/7/1844: COF (listed as "The Younger". 1848: NSW BDM: Robert Pulham died, aged 60.




Roberts son william lived at Panmure Victoria and was a relative of my late husband. Robert was married and had 7 children when he was transported inc new twins. In NSW he worked for a farmer. He was buried in Sydney but the burial place is now the site of a cathedral.
