ADJOURNED SPECIAL SESSIONS Under the Insurrection Act. CLONMEL, MAY 23. Yesterday the Special Sessions under the Insurrection Act was holden, according to adjournment, in this town—there presided on the Bench, the Hon Serjeant Jebb, Mr. Assistant Banister Moore, and eight other Magistrates. John Maher was charged, as idle and disorderly person, with being out of his dwelling-house at improper hours, on the night of the 21st May inst, Guilty. Patrick Bergin was charged as an idle and disorderly person.—Acquitted. James Purcell was charged, as idle and disorderly person, with being out of his dwelling-house at improper hours, on the night of the 22d of April. He was found Guilty, and sentenced immediately.
