Tried and convicted at the Warwick Quarter Sessions on 12th July 1824, sentenced to transportation for 7 years. Left England on 18th November 1824. Ship:- the 'Royal Charlotte' sailed with 136 male convicts on board of which 1 died during the voyage. Arrived on 29th April 1825. He received his Certificate of Freedom, 1831, NSW. Married Anne O'Donnell (daughter of convict Edward O'Donnnell, 'Boyne' 1826 & his wife Catherine ) on 11th January 1836 at Camden, they had 5 children between 1836-1843. William died on 6th Janauary 1844 at Gunning.
