1819 - Marriages in the District of Hobart Town Pierce Raine. Convict. Ship; Guildford. Age; 22 years. & Maria Walker. Convict. Ship; Friendship. Age; 26 years Married 8 March 1819 by Banns




Pierre was 5'6 1/4" tall, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, hazel eyes, two blue spots on left cheek. 16/8/1817: Appointed as a Constable for the District of Hobart Town. 7/8/1821: CP - This was listed on the NSW Gov. records site, so perhaps Pierre returned to Sydney.




Pierre Rennie was Court Martialled at the Isle de Leon in 1811 and given a 14 year transportation sentence to Australia. On the ship 'Guildford' to New South Wales and then transferred to Van Diemen's Land on the 'Ruby'. Place of birth given as France. 1821: Convey spirits into Hobart Gaol. Acquitted.
