Committed to Fisherton Gaol:—John Rawlings, labourer, of Durnford, charged with having, on the 18th inst., stolen a bee-hive, honey, &c., and a brass tap, at the above place, the property of Sarah Blatch. Salisbury Journal, 24 Nov 1834. Wilts Quarter Sessions.—The following are the sentences of the prisoners :—Transportation for life: John Baden and Samuel Stone, sheep-stealing. —Seven years: John Rawlings, Wm. Eyers, John Bryant, Edward Bell, Geo. Pillinger, Benj. Bryant. Salisbury Journal 19 Jan 1835.
