https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON13-1-1$init=CON13-1-1p36 List of sixty female convicts embarked on board Kangaroo to land at the Derwent in Van Diemen’s Land, and their indents from the Catherine Convict ship. Sydney 24 May 1814. Three of the original women were in a state of bad health and were removed from the ship Kangaroo, to stay in Sydney, and 3 other female convicts sent in their place. The following women embarked in their place: 1. Elizabeth Read, per Catherine, age 30, tried at Dublin in Feb 1813, 7 years.
