THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE OLD BAILY 1 - MARY BERRY. REBECCA REESON. MARY SMITH. Theft; grand larceny (to 1827). 24th April 1805, were indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 25th of April , ten muslin handkerchiefs, value 15 s. the property of William Perkins and John-Arthur Whitehead . Berry, GUILTY of stealing only, Transported for seven years . Reeson, NOT GUILTY . Smith, NOT GUILTY . 2 - 304. REBECCA REESON was again indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 25th of April , a bonnet, value 5 s. the property of Mary Ball , spinster GUILTY , aged 15. Transported for seven years . First Middlesex Jury, before Mr. Common Serjeant.
