Joseph Reece, 26, for stealing starch at Manchester; Manchester Mercury, 1 Aug 1820 RUNAWAY NOTICE. POLICE OFFICE, HOBART TOWN, June 10, 1825. Joseph Reice (186), 5ft. 6 1/4 in. dark complexion, black hair, dark brown eyes, 30 years of age, a farmers' labourer, tried at Lancaster, July 1820, sentence 7 years, arrived in this Colony per Juliana 1821, native place Chester, scar on nose between eyebrows, absconded from the service of Mr. Ambridge about the 26th of May 1825,--£2 Reward.
