It may be sHe, as Sarah (Richards/on), who had a relationship with Thomas (Burke). [Some details taken from this Website] Thomas (Burke) arrived in Australia as a convict in 1801 on ANNE. Thomas (Burke) does not have an entry on this Website as yet; there are several ships named ANN/E arriving about 1801; noted a John (Bourke ANNE-1 26 1 1801) is found.
