CUTTING AND MAIMING, Richard Robinson was indicted for feloniously, unlawfully, and maliciously cutting and wounding one Ann Jane Charters, with intent to do her grievous bodily harm. Verdict- Guilty. The prisoner was sentenced to be worked on the roads, or other public works for three years. Mr. Nichols defended the prisoner. Empire, Sydney, 15 Feb 1853.
