CON31-1-34 Image 391 No; 485. Offence; Shop Lifting and stealing a great coat Previous conviction; House Breaking served 6 years at York out 2 months and again taken 1832 - 27 December. Assault Constable Gosling & escaping from custody - 50 Lashes. Same date Insubordination & mutinous Conduct & resisting a constable in execution of their duty. Sentence extended 3 years DIED; 28 March 1833. Vide Port Arthur Return. 22 November 1834 CRUSHED under a Log of Timber CON23-1-3/CON23-1-3-P043 Height; 5 ft 5 3/4 in. Aged; 25 years old Trade: Tailor - served 3 years
