Bridget ROGERS was convicted at Limerick, Ireland on 26 Oct 1850 for cow stealing. 15 yr transportation sentence. Gaol Report: "Never convicted before. Troublesome". Sent to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the ship "Blackfriar" arriving 29 May 1851. Ship Surgeon's report: "very good". Aged 28yrs; married - widow; country servant; 5'1". Native place: Co.Clare, Ireland.
