Tried at the Old Bailey, 2 Dec 1812. 45. HENRY ROGERS was indicted for that he, on the 22d of October, feloniously had in his custody and possession three forged bank notes, value 1 l. each, he knowing them to be forged, and also having in his custody and possession one other forged bank note . To this indictment the prisoner pleaded GUILTY . Transported for Fourteen Years . First Middlesex jury, before Mr. Recorder.
