Convict Notes
Susannah Rogers was convicted for the stealing of a large shawl snatched from another woman and thrown to an accomplice (not caught and shawl not recovered). Stealing from a person was more serious than stealing unattended items. Digital panopticon has linked this convict to an application for permission to marry George Hill.
