Robert Rosier, charged the oaths of C. Dundas, Esq. John Pierce and Wm. Westhall, with having entered, the night of the 26th of April, the Paddock of the said C. Dundas, Esq. and taking some fish from a stew, contrary to the statute in that case made and provided. Oxford University and City Herald, 27 July 1811. Robert Rosier was convicted and sentenced to seven years transportation for stealing out of a pond belonging to C. Dundas, Esq. Star, 29 July 1811.
