"James ROSSITER married in 1865, Mary ANNE HAYNES, Grand Aunt of my Mother. The marriage was conducted in - W. SMITH'S Glebe, (Congregationalist), Newtown, Hobart, TASMANIA.- Mary Anne (b. 1850) was the 2nd child of William HAYNES and Jane THOMPSON, m. 1848. Both convict 1845. James and Mary came to Christchurch about 1868 and farmed in Papanui area. Both James and Mary are interred in St Paul's Anglican Church Cemetery, Papanui, 1887 & 1899 respectively. Barry PYCROFT.
