Michael Rowan was convicted at Dublin City on 11/03/1844 for stealing a coat & waistcoat (jointly with Doyle, on board). 7 yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemens Land on the ‘Cadet’ 1844.

5’2 1/2”; Farmer (or tanner?); single; Roman Catholic; can read & write; Native Place: Dublin; 20yrs on arrival.
