Yesterday the following prisoners were removed from the Convict Gaol be put on board the Leviathan hulk, at Portsmouth —James Coppin and Samuel Stanes, for housebreaking at Castle Hedingham; Wm. Raven, for burglary at Earls Colne; James Dames, for housebreaking at Ixworth; Wm. Stock, for sbeep stealing at Dunmow; John Hance and Mark Pewter, for sheep-stealing at Tollesbury; John Metson and James Tilley, for housebreaking at Docking; James Sharp, for stealing in a dwelling-house at Dumnow; David Townsend, for housebreaking at Finchingfield, for transportation for life; and Thomas Freeman, for house-breaking at Loughton, for 14 years.
