William Rudick was listed as 19 years old on arrival. Native Place: Berkshire. William could read, was protestant, single, 5'10½" tall, ruddy complexion, light brown hair, grey eyes, eyebrows meeting, small scar top of centre of forehead, W, RM P inside lower right arm, scar inside right wrist, small mole on back, woman WR & GR rather faint inside lower left arm, little toe of right foot lapped over the adjoining one, second toe of left foot lapped over the big one. 1846: TOL Penrith 17/2/1848: Married Ellen Mary Sherlock at Penrith. Listed as Reddick. Children: 4/11/1848: George, Penrith 24/1/1851: Jane 19/3/1853: Eliza 24/5/1855: Thomas Henry, South Creek 8/8/1857: William John, Parramatta 1859: Patrick 1860: Frederick, Kyneton, Vic. 1863: A boy 1865: Mary 1/5/1851: CP 24/12/1905: William Reddick died at Kyneton/Metcalfe, Victoria, aged 84.

William was convicted of Highway Robbery and sentenced to transportation for life. I think William was an accessory to a robbery where a fellow was accosted and robbed by 2 of William's friends.

Married Ellen Mary Sherlock, also a convict who had spent time at Paramatta Female Factory.
