1. John was pardon on 22 August 1854. 2. John's first marriage was to a convict lady Ellen Cummins on the 16 August 1855 at Lake River Tasmania 3. John married Sarah Ann Mullins and then lived in Mathinne, Tasmania. He died and was buried in Fingal Tasmania
