Tasmania Police Gazette, 29th Mar 1872, p55. Prisoner discharged from HM Gaols & Houses of Correction, Hobart & Launceston, during the week ending 222 & 26 June 1872. Samuel Mosely, per Augusta Jessie 2, tried at Hobart, on 22 Mar 1872 for larceny, served 3 months, native of Bedfordshire, 66 yrs old, 5 feet 4 inches high, grey hair, F.S., scar near right temple.
