The Court of Criminal Jurisdiction assembled on Monday, and sat two following days; in the course of which …. Bernard Sands and George Smith, tried for breaking and entering the dwelling house of James Smith, at Bardo-Narrang, on the 20th day of August last with intent to steal therein : Sands sentenced 18 months hard labour.—Smith acquitted. Sydney Gazette, 27 Oct 1810. Colonial Secretary's Office, Sydney, 23rd January, 1832. THE Tickets of Leave granted to the following Persons have been cancelled, for the reasons set against their respective names, viz.: Boddington - Bernard Sands - Habitual neglect of Sunday's muster. Sydney Herald, 30 Jan 1832.
