CONVICT DEPARTMENT. Comptroller-General's Office, May 1, 1844. The Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to grant Tickets-of-Leave to the undermentioned Convicts :- Sarah Gray, William Bryan ; Colonial Times, 7 May 1844.

Dark blue eyes, Slightly pock pitted, contracted finger & thumb, right hand. -------------------------------------------------- Tasmanian Conduct Record. https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON40-1-3$init=CON40-1-3p278 136. Sarah Gray. Per Wm Bryan, Tried at Middlesex 11 March 1833. Transported for Stealing from the person. Gaol report – in prison before but orderly. Single. Stated this offence- Stealing a Tippet Bonnet, 3 times for being disorderly, 1 month, 7 days & 14 days. 4 years on the Town. Single Surgeon’s report – Good. Long and very detailed conduct record. --------------------------------------------------- Cornwall Chronicle, 7 Oct 1843. In accordance with the Act or Council 6th Victoria, No. 18, I hereby give notice that His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor has been pleased to approve of the solemnization of matrimony between the undermentioned parties: William Howell, free, and Sarah Gray, per William Bryan, factory, Launceston.
