SARAH HOLLINGTON, Theft > theft from a specified place, 17th October 1833. OLD COURT. Thursday, October 17, 1833. First Middlesex Jury, before Mr. Sergeant Arabin. 1416. SARAH HOLLINGTON was indicted for stealing, on the 9th of September , in St. Matthew, Bethnal-green , 5 sovereigns and 8 half-sovereigns, the monies of Robert Firmin , her master, in his dwelling-house , to which she pleaded - GUILTY . Aged 15. - Transported for Life . -------------------------------------------------- There are 2 different marriage permissions for Sarah Hollington. Sarah was born Sarah KING in the Workhouse, Bethnal Green Middlesex England to Elizabeth KING. She later adopted her step-father's surname - HOLLINGTON. On 17 May 1837 Sarah married Robert CARTER (per "Norfolk" 1825)and together they had 13 children, all of whom lived to adulthood.
