Believed to have been executed & buried alongside co-offenders, Thomas Sharpe, brothers Ben & John Burrell on 30 April 1830 in the Glebe Cemetery, East Maitland. His name does not appear on burial registry alongside the others that day, but Sydney Gazette 6 May 1830 lists all to be executed and there is no further record of him living following that date.
