Government servant. Evidence in the trial of Michael Dwyer: Defendant calls Patrick Scott, Government Servant to Wm Garrighan of Sydney – Sworn and questioned by Defendant. Q. Did you ever see Bridget Garrighan and Fleskey (?) together in your Master’s house? A. -I have. Q. Did you overhear any conversation that passed between them? A. Yes – I heard Huskey (?) say to Biddy that anything she would say, he would swear to, for he had a good man, W. Ikin (?) who would back him. Q. Who were they to swear against? A.
