Digitised Indent of ship Albemarle Michael Dunn, James Molee, Edward Price, Robert Tapley, Lazarus Greaves, Thomas Haley, and Thomas Scrivener, were tried at Justice Hall, Old Bailey, Middlesex, 10 Jan 1787, seven years. -------------------------------------------------------------- On 10 Jan 1787, at the Old Bailey, Thomas Scrivenor, along with several prisoners who had been formerly capitally convicted were pardoned, conditional to transportation for seven years. His original trial at the Old Bailey was on 14 December 1785, when he was capitally convicted for stealing a warrant for 16£ 3s 1d.
Tried as Thomas Srivenor at London's Old Bailey, Middlesex 10 Jan 1787 and sentenced to 7 yrs transportation to NSW Transferred to Stanislaus Hulk at Woolwich harbour Oct 1787, age recorded - 25 Arrived in NSW per Albemarle Transport 13 Oct 1791 Buried 2 Jul 1792, convict per St Phillips Sydney burials.
