To Mr Dunne, Chief Constable Sir, A convict named William Seary per Guildford, having been allowed to come hither on the ship Phoenix from Hobart Town, in order to obtain his Certificate of Freedom, I have to desire in consequence of his not having applied for the same and being at large without authority, that you will apprehend him, and thereon forward him to this office. Others state his Ship of arrival was Guildford 1818, and his sentence was for Life.
