Thomas Sellock, Thomas Haley, James Drew, (Dead), Richard Hutchings and John Lavers, tried at Exeter, Devon, 3 Aug 1789, 7 years. --------------------------------------------------------------- At our assizes, the following prisoners received sentence of death, viz. Thomas Sellock, and Richard Hutchings, for horse-stealing; Robert Kingston, and George Turner, for burglary; Thomas Dimond, and Thomas Duddridge, for sheep-stealing; Thomas Haley, William Jones, William Stephens, and Richard Ford, for highway-robbery; and Charles Wood, for stealing four steers, ....
